I don't think you REALLY need the Farseer, it doesn't add to much, you might want to consider a Spirit Seer so you can try to add the Runes of Battle powers to the field. YMMV

Rangers are fine

Pathfinders are REALLY expenive. make you use their auto-precision shots on key targets. You really need to keep these guys alive as long as possible you are paying nearly 30 points each for them.

jetbikes are fine, might want cannons

Guardians are fine

Serpents are fine

Heavy Support is fine, might want to look at replacing the Night Spinner with a unit of D-Cannons. The reason being is you don't have much that can handle a squad of 2+ saves when it gets close.

Otherwise seems fun

The Eldar, more than any other army, should not only look at the output of each unit individually, but the synergy of multiple units together and their role in the force as a whole. - Fable

I have to say list 2 seems to be "better" but doesn't -look- better. Especially if you want, according to your title, have a fluffy army? The use of illic is giving me a empty feeling in list 2, looking at how he doesn't really add anything with his Amazing powers. Pathfinders and illic are there to single out their targets one by one after all

So basically depends on what you want. But if it's supposed to be fluff. I would go with more pathfinders, and instead of prisms take war walkers or, rather, wraithlords. As they can stand in front of your pathfinders to prefend the enemy from closing in. (hopefully)
