I like it! Similar to what I used to run - except I usually rock a WL instead of Warwalkers (only because I need 2 more to make a full unit still..) - However if you have the points, I'd consider putting your weaker farseer in the unit running directly at the enemy(with doom and fortune), while keeping Eldrad to double guide Warwalkers/pathfinders he is in, and fortuning his pathfinders, try to find a lovely 2+ cover and they will have a hell of a time killing you, short of flamers/assault

DAMN YOU, DICE GODS!

Eldrad
Good.

Farseer - rowitnessing, guide, singing spear
Get him a Jetbike to fit in with the the main core of the army.

10 Scorpions - exarch, chainsabres, stalker
-Wave Serpent - TL bright lances, shuriken cannon
Swap the BLs for EMLs.

8 Fire Dragons - exarch, Crack shot
-Wave Serpent - TL bright lances, shuriken cannon
Swap the BLs for EMLs. 8 Fire Dragons is an awful lot of overkill. They'll bust one tank then get smashed from the board in either assault or be cut to tiny pieces in CC. Drop the total down to 6 and don't bother with an Exarch.

5 Pathfinders
5 Pathfinders
One unit of 8-10 has more chance at survival/not running away.

3 Jetbikes
3 Jetbikes
3 Jetbikes
3 Jetbikes
Units are a little small. 3 units of 4-5 is more efficient.

3 War Walkers - 6 scatter lasers
Nice. Only thing i can suggest is maybe swapping the SLs out for SCs. Granted you lose a shot & AP per model and 12" Range... but the outflanking will eliminate the range problem and the reduction in cost may be worth more than the extra shot and AP.

Fire Prism - shuriken cannon
Fire Prism - shuriken cannon
Lovely.
There's my thoughts. You end up with some points spare from my ideas. A possible addition could be another WW and run the 2x2.

Thanks for the input guys! The original plan was to have a farseer on jetbike but I decided to go with Eldrad who is great for his points and then another cheap HQ. The fire dragon squad was bumbed up to 8man to make the list 1850 and I had totally forgotten that EML should be taken over BL. Considering the war walker suggestion for when I rewrite the list. What are the advantages of 2x2 WW over a unit of 3? As opposed to two fire prisms and 3 walkers.

Don't use Guide, take Mind War (you save 5 points) and trade it in for Prescience from Divination. You get the same effect, a extra 6 inches of range, and can re-roll in CC. Plus you save 5 points, and it can be cast on allies.

What points level is this supposed to be? If its 2k then 4 squads of Jetbikes is fine, if it anything less make it 3. Use the points difference to give the other three squads cannons.

The Bright Lances on the serpents make my eyes bleed since they cost so much, you might want to reconsider if you are going to be rushing those tanks up (unless you are deploying the units separately, and are using them as a Gun Tank)

Prisms also don't need the Cannons, despite the massive range of the main gun (which will prevent you from making use of that 24 inch range on average) the difference in AP is frustrating. If you REALLY want the cannons, only give 1 tank a cannon and use it to link beams and then shoot something else.

Edit: Going with what you have Presented I would recommend...

1850 Pts - Eldar Roster

Total Roster Cost: 1849

HQ: Eldrad Ulthran (1#, 210 pts)
1 Eldrad Ulthran, 210 pts

HQ: Farseer (1#, 75 pts)
1 Farseer, 75 pts = (base cost 55) + Mind War 20

Elite: Striking Scorpions (11#, 332 pts)
9 Striking Scorpions, 144 pts = 9 * 16
1 Striking Scorpion Exarch, 53 pts = (base cost 28 + Shadowstrike 20 + Biting Blade 5)
1 Wave Serpent, 135 pts = (base cost 90) + TL Bright Lances 45

Elite: Fire Dragons (8#, 279 pts)
6 Fire Dragons, 96 pts = 6 * 16
1 Fire Dragon Exarch, 48 pts = (base cost 28 + Tank Hunters 15 + Crack Shot 5)
1 Wave Serpent, 135 pts = (base cost 90) + TL Bright Lances 45

: Aegis Defence Lines (2#, 85 pts)
1 Aegis Defence Lines, 50 pts
1 Gun Emplacement, 35 pts = (base cost 0 + Icarus Lascannon 35)

Troops: Pathfinders (Rangers) (5#, 120 pts)
5 Pathfinders (Rangers), 120 pts = 5 * 24 (base cost 19 + Pathfinders 5)

Troops: Pathfinders (Rangers) (5#, 120 pts)
5 Pathfinders (Rangers), 120 pts = 5 * 24 (base cost 19 + Pathfinders 5)

Troops: Guardian Jetbike Squadron (3#, 76 pts)
3 Guardian Jetbike Squadron, 76 pts = 3 * 22 (base cost 22) + Shuriken Cannon x1 10

Troops: Guardian Jetbike Squadron (3#, 76 pts)
3 Guardian Jetbike Squadron, 76 pts = 3 * 22 (base cost 22) + Shuriken Cannon x1 10

Troops: Guardian Jetbike Squadron (3#, 66 pts)
3 Guardian Jetbike Squadron, 66 pts = 3 * 22

Heavy Support: War Walker Squadron (3#, 180 pts)
1 War Walker Squadron, 0 pts
1 War Walker, 60 pts = (base cost 30) + Scatter Laser 15 + Scatter Laser 15
1 War Walker, 60 pts = (base cost 30) + Scatter Laser 15 + Scatter Laser 15
1 War Walker, 60 pts = (base cost 30) + Scatter Laser 15 + Scatter Laser 15

Heavy Support: Fire Prism (1#, 115 pts)
1 Fire Prism, 115 pts

Heavy Support: Fire Prism (1#, 115 pts)
1 Fire Prism, 115 pts

Dragons go in the Defense line gives you some AA and a super power Exarch driven Las-Cannon

Scorps Infiltrate/Outflank

Both the Scorps Tank and the Dragons Tank hangs back and pew pews with the Lance.

War Walkers hang with the Dragons for some 4+ cover love in the Defense Line

Farseer grabs Prescience and "guides" the Walkers

The Eldar, more than any other army, should not only look at the output of each unit individually, but the synergy of multiple units together and their role in the force as a whole. - Fable

Really like that list, also great advice on the psychic powers. Can't believe I didn't think of the aegis defence line it almost seems mandatory. And I'm stealing cover love
