1750 World Eaters

Well, I'm going to post an army list, and y'all can let me know if it's worth anything. Doesn't exist IRL yet; it's something I'm considering purchasing.

WORLD EATERS ARMY - 1750

Kharn the Betrayer - 165
or
Chaos Lord - 160
Mark of Khorne
Personal Icon
Terminator Armor
Bloodfeeder

10 Chaos Terminators - 410
Icon of Khorne
3x Power Fist
2x Reaper Autocannon

10 Chaos Terminators - 410
Icon of Khorne
3x Power Fist
2x Reaper Autocannon

10 Khorne Berserkers - 290
Skull Champion with Power Fist
Personal Icon
.............Rhino

10 Khorne Berserkers - 290*
Skull Champion with Power Fist
Personal Icon
.............Rhino

8 Lesser Daemons - 104

8 Lesser Daemons - 104*

Depending on which HQ I choose, I can either drop 2 Daemons or 1 Khorne Berserker to get the list to 1747.

Now, I want this list to be both fluffy and effective. Obviously I will *lose* at an 'Ard Boyz tournament, but 'Ard Boyz isn't my thing anyway. Does a list like this have a chance at oh, say, a Rogue Trader tourney? How would you beat it? What do you like about it?

I'm also toying with replacing the 3rd power fist in each Terminator Squad with two Combi-Meltas.

Thanks in advance!

I personally would drop a unit or termies and try and get more berzerkers in. You also thought of dropping the unit of lesser daemons for a greater? if memory serves correct the greater is 100pts and would do better in drawing off fire and if getting in combat can deal with armour.

Personally, i would rather take kharn but the termie lord does have advantages.

I am also leaning toward Khorne. 57 models is that enough for a 1750 point game? I have been playing my orks to long...........

I do like your terminator squad. It should kick some major butt.

Yeah, the Terminators are something new. I've been wanting to try a Terminator-heavy army for awhile now, and this seemed like the best way to go about it.

I will probably replace one Power Fist with 2 Combi-Meltas. Just makes sense. I like the suggestion with the Defilers, too; I may have to get two and a Greater Daemon for 2000+ point games, and for variety.

I am just passing on advice that I got for my own army list:

I would replace the power fists on the skull champions in the berzerker squads for power weapons. With furious charge, a power weapon with S,WS and I of 5 makes a much more mean assault than having your champion strike last.

Hail,
I agree, a little more troops(especially those lunatic Berzerkers) would be in line both for gameplay and fluff.
