Default blood for the blood god!

so im looking for som help...im trying to prove to my guys that you can make list semi-competitive and fluffy and most of all FUN!
so ive always liked the zekers and kharn so i would like you collective wisdom on amking an all korne list with some restrictions...

1:must be all zerkers.
2:must have kharn
3:must have the lord of skull at 2K haha i love the model!!
4: no cultist or havocs
5:at least 1 landraider (khran and the zerkers)
6:fabiuos or huron maybe??
7:maybe a helldrake but just 1....not really fussed on this.
8:defiles and mauler fiends are a yes..

basically i want to create a list with a bunch of meat heads roaring across the table to kill!...
I have no models yet but will purchase what i need...
so guys what do you say????

Don't bother with actual berzerkers, since they can't take flamers and pay a hell of a lot just for fearless and WS 5. If you are going to run a unit then don't put them with kharn

Khornate armies are very close to my own heart, so what i'd go for would be something along the lines of

Kharn
Khorne DP with power armour, wings and the Black mace (other marks are better, specifically nurgle, but if you want to keep it all khorne then go for it

A few units of combat CSM with Mark of Khorne, icon of wrath, double melta and a champion with power fist and claw or combi-melta and fist/ claw, in rhinos with dirge casters
A unit of berzerkers with a fist + claw champ

A heldrake

Two maulerfiends and one land raider with a dirge caster

i get the nurgle..but i really dont like the other gods..and nurgle is just too obvious..ive been challanged to make the hardest playable list i can(so i thought zerkers cuase i like'em)

Khorne, ah Khorne.

- Kharn

- Lord with Mark of Khorne, Juggernaut, Axe of Blind Fury, Sigil of Corruption, and Meltabombs

- Squad of Zerkers or CSM to escort Kharn, plus another squad for 2x Troops. Both in Rhinos w/ dirge casters

- Squad of Bikers or Spawn to escort Lord (bikers w/ jink for cover + an IoW to reroll charges is great)

- Heldrake

- Maulerfiends with magma cutters

Something in that vein is what I would bring. That should be in the vicinity of 1200 points, I imagine, leaving space for your Lord of Skulls.

CSM Plog, Tactica

What sphinx of plascrete and adamantium bashed open their skulls and ate up their brains and imagination? Imperator! Imperator!

cool thanks...this looks like its a wing big or get a ass whooping list...either way what a laugh it should be to play

Commit everything to the charge! Warp, it's the only way you're going to close the distance to an enemy gunline like Astra Militarum, Tau or Eldar...

You can also swap out Maulerfiends for Vindicators if you want close-range S10 low-AP pie plates. One less combat unit, sure, but also a high-threat unit enemies will definitely shoot at with a higher front armor and a nasty kick. I'd also get them Daemonic Possession so they ignore 2/3 of the Vehicle Damage chart, and possibly a combi-bolter, to give a 5-% change to be safe from "Weapon Destroyed" results if you have the handful of points to spare.

i definatly like the idea of the twin vindis...supporting the landraider

It's a nice armor-rush, especially paired with a Lord of Skulls--a lot of hull points for enemies to chip away. It does mean your Termis would have to drop the Reaper Autocannon to fit in the LR with Kharn, but... eh, worth it.

Oh! Oh! If you want to spend more points on fragile things you can buy Be'lakor instead of the AoBR lord and his bikers/spawn--cast Invisibility every turn on that Lord of Skulls! Bam! (I know, a psyker a Khorne list... but he is the only unmarked Daemon Prince, so I could see it happening without him stepping on any loyalty toes).
