Default hmm chaos hq my favourite

new army, new start. I am looking for a hq choice that excels in one area or all them. I need ideas as I am playing soon and need an armylist. Any hq unit with upgrades tactics is welcome. Give me a hand

Demon princes are usually thought of pretty highly, good stats and can't be instant killed. Personally I like a lord on a bike. Good manoeuvrability, and extra toughness, though a unit of chaos bikers for him to join are expensive points wise you know he'll be in combat by turn 2. A Sorcerer of Tzeentch on a bike with warptime and gift of chaos is pretty expensive, but being able to cast 2 gifts a turn, and warptime in your opponents phase is pretty nice, plus t5 with a 4+ invuln makes him pretty survivable. A Nurgle sorcerer on a bike (t6!) is great, and t6 means he survives much better against perils of the warp. And a Slaanesh Lord on a bike with a blissgiver is a great assassin unit, the bike means you can usually pick your target a bit easier, and against most HQs he'll strike first or equal (or have a good chance of surviving anyway) and any wound instant kills.

Daemon prince is my personal fav, especialy slaneshi or tzeench, a lord on a bike is nice, same with the sorcerers. the best bang for your buck though is the daemon prince

when you gotta shoot, shoot. Don't talk...

I like to bring in larger games both a Daemon Prince and a sorcerer in termi armour, bout whit mark of Tzeentch but that is because i play a Tzeentch based army
In smaller games i just bring the daemon prince
But the one that is most used (that i have seen) is a Daemon Prince with mark of Slaanesh, wings and lash of submission but i don't know how good it is cause i havent tested it but i have herd good things about it
