I don't really understand this list, neither detachment seems to pack the kind of muscle you'd expect in a 2000 point game. Why MoS on the Cultists if they have no Icon? I think I can see that you're trying to go for an in-your-face tactic but I'm not sure if Griffons and Psykers are your best bet, considering the templates they throw around. I'd get some Hydras in their place, it helps out with the anti-air as well.
