Default Daemons Need Help!!! 1500pt- 2000pt

Hello ya'll. I'm trying to set up a nice daemon army to take all comers. This is a bare bone list that i'd like to try, but I need to do some point shaving and I'd like your advice to how to make it work at both 2000pt and 1500pt. Advice, critique, and comments are welcomed and encouraged....

KOS- sop musk, DG– 235pt

x2 HoS- chariot, sop musk, DG, UM– 105

fiends x 4– 120

BC x 4- icon x 1– 185 2 squads (need icons for both?)

Daemonettes– 140

Blood x 10- 160

Blood x 10– 160

Plague X 10- NT, Icon– 185

Pink- change, Bolt- 185

SG, Phlegm- 160

SG, Phlegm- 160

DP- MoN NT- 120

2020

The only models I own are the Plague guys and a DP for my CSM army. Ok ya'll what should i do? Thanks

I think daemonettes arent worth it, they are just generally worse bloodletters. The fiends could just as well be bloodcrushers and youd be better off.

ok so ,, in my experience soul grinders are not realy worth the points (one weapon destroyed and you lose both big weapons. dont like demonetts , they die way to easy and there strenth sucks. i usualy run about 40 to 50 blood letters and at least 10 plaugebeares. in 2500 i run around 80 bloodletters, the thing i have found out is this... demons are a HOARD ARMY. blood letters may die a little easy if not in cover but are unmatched in close combat..

Soul grinders are great. They punch like hell and with their armor of 13 and Deamonic possesion it takes a while until they are destroyed. And if their waepon is destroyed you can use them in CC. So really nice!
And you can play daemons as a elite army as well! Two greater daemons as HQ, 3 SG oder DPs and Bloodcrushers and Flamers as Elites. So really tough hard punching units!

But this my opinion!

Thank you for the input. What about the HQs? I love the Plague Father, but he is so expensive. Should i do chariots or go with another Greater Daemon?

My favorite so far is the keeper of secrets. TBH i'm not a major fan of having one over 200 points.
