Default 500 point build up to 2000 points

planning to build up a 2000 point army in the 500 point step way, so heres the first 500 points

HQ
Bloodthister- 250 points

Troops
10 bloodletters- 160 points

5 horrors, changeling - 90 points

500 points exactly

wave 1
bloodthister

wave 2
bloodletters
horros

i know many people will think that the bloodthister is a huge point sinker in a 500 point game, but what will other 500 point armys have to take it out, plus the bloodthister will destroy any tanks and eltes troops the enemy will bring.

what do people think? any improvents people can think of will be great

get 2 bloodcrushers instead of those horrors, 5 horrors is like a couple ant bites, it's not till there are more that they are effective.

he won't have enough troops then though...
I tried making a 500 point list the other day but decided to start at 750 since I thought 500 wasn't enough to do anything really

well if gonna keep the BT that is my best suggestion there I would just go for aggressive DS and try to wipe them using the one troops choice to score

yeah i know what you mean, i was tempted to start at 1000 points but i thought i might aswell stick to the 500 point bulid

i think that the list is too small really for people to make any jugments really so move on to 1000 points

ah yeah, was not thinking when I said to drop you 2nd manditory troops choice, hard to give comments here since you are obviously working towards a larger list

500 pts is just such a small game. I think it starts to get interesting at ~1k.
