Quite a nice list, a lot of plague bearers and nice anti-tank in the heavy support.

Just wondering though, why the furies? I mean they are pretty much worthless from what I can see, only ld 2 means that they will just disppear if they get charged at all, and they are worse than the furries in the old codex having only 1 attack.

I would much rather get beasts of nurgle, toughness 5 and 4 wounds each plus they can counter charge a unit that gets charged by your enemy I think makes them very worthwhile, also with a pure nurgle list why not have epidemus instead of one of the heralds?

Hmm. I look at a lot of these units and see them as not too expensive--nice--but... not too useful, either. The Plaguebearers aren't nearly as effective as they were last 'dex (great at weathering enemy shooting while hiding in a ruin or something; decent at glancing enemy tanks to death. That's about it), and the Furies... seem like cheap throw-away kill points, really.

As a remedy: have you considered dropping a Fury and a Plaguebearer squad for a second set of Plague Drones?

I'd advise dropping the Baleful Torrent and the second squad of Furies for... hmm. More Plaguebearers in the extant squads, so they don't get pulped in melee so easily, perhaps?

Put instruments of chaos in every troops unit. That way, if you get the "screwed by tzeentch" roll, you get a reroll on any 6s that hit your units (or if you've survived with all of yours, force an opponent to reroll to get a 6).

Drop one unit of furies and you have enough points, or just lose the rewards on each unit. And I do agree with the general consensus on furies - they're a bit pants. Beasts who can charge in the enemies turn when they charge your units would be much more useful, and good defence for your units...

And whilst they aren't as tough as they used to be, plaguebearers are still tougher than all the rest of the basic troops...
