(Here is the first 1000pt army shot after I originally dusted off the list for my first 6ed game)

Army Lists
Just so people can see how I roll with my Harlequins, here are my standard army lists with updates for the 6ed Codex.

1000 pts
The best play method for this army is using the combined long-range firepower of the Wraithlord, Rangers, and Dark Reapers to cover the midfield advance of the Harlequins and Storm Guardians. The Bikes and the Vyper will dance along the table edges and use their speed to strike vulnerable spots in the enemy and do late term objective grabbing/denying. Unless I get a nice debuff, the primaris power works wonders for the Bikelock since it gives the bikes a good cover save when the AP is low. The conceal primaris for the Storm Guardians improves their ability to either camp an objective or cross the battlefield. This has been a solid all-comers list that got better overall with the new codex.

HQ (225pts)
Solitaire - Autarch w/ Mask of the Laughing God, Fusion Rifle, and Power Weapon
Warlock Council - 2 Warlocks, 1 on bike, 1 on foot w/ spear
Elite (236 pts)
Harlequin Troupe - Troupe Master (PW), Spirit Seer, Death Jester, 3xKiss, 2xFusion
Troop (221 pts)
Jetbike Squad - (3 man) 2xTwin Linked, 1xCannon
Rangers - (5 man)
Storm Guardians - (10 man) 8xCCW, 2xFlamer
Fast Attack (60 pts)
Vyper - Scatter Laser
Heavy (254 pts)
Dark Reapers - 3xReaper w/Starshot
Wraithlord - 1xStar Cannon, 2xFlamer
Total Cost: 996

1250
I change things up a bit at the 1250 point level by adding a second Harlequin unit, bulking up the existing unit, and adding a Falcon for some extra punch. The general battle plan is the same with the small Harlequin unit in the Falcon playing suicide duty if I really need them to open up a nasty vehicle:

HQ (190)
Great Harlequin - Autarch with Firesabre
Warlock Council - 2 Warlocks, 1 on bike, 1 on foot w/ spear
Elite (374 pts)
Harlequin Master Troupe - (7 man)Troupe Master (PW), Spirit Seer, Death Jester, 2xKiss, 2xFusion
Harlequin Strike Troupe - (5 man) Troupe Master (PW), Spirit Seer, 2xFusion
Troop (221 pts)
Jetbike Squad - (3 man) 2xTwin Linked, 1xCannon
Rangers - (5 man)
Storm Guardians - (10 man) 8xCCW, 2xFlamer
Fast Attack (60 pts)
Vyper - Scatter Laser
Heavy (404 pts)
Dark Reapers - 3xReaper w/Starshot
Falcon - Scatter Laser, Pulse Laser
Wraithlord - 1xStar Cannon, 2xFlamer
Total Cost: 1249

1500pt
Heading up to the 1500pt level I flesh out the Harlequin squads a bit and replace the Wraithlord with a Wraithknight and move one of the Dark Reapers into an Exarch. The Wraithknight is fast enough to escort the tank and the Vyper up one field side. I also add some wargear to the Falcon and the Storm Guardians.

HQ (190)
Great Harlequin - Autarch with Firesabre
Warlock Council - 2 Warlocks, 1 on bike, 1 on foot w/ spear
Elite (428 pts)
Harlequin Master Troupe - (10 man)Troupe Master (PW), Spirit Seer, Death Jester, 2xKiss, 2xFusion

Background:
2ed Harlequins were my first army in 40k until they mysteriously vanished into the warp with 3ed. I liked the fluff of the Harlequins as keepers of the lost lore and vocal conscious of the ancient Eldar, the rest of Eldar army and lore at the time...not so much, so I switched to Space Marines and then sat the game out from late 3ed until late 2012.

When I found out Harlequins had been added back into the game, I dusted off my old figs (painted and unpainted) to start playing in the local GW 1000pt campaign. The core figs in this army are RT era Harlies (with a few modern adds and lots of conversions) that I have been playing count-as Eldar.

Where are they Now
I have a good core army that I can run now anywhere from 500-1800 with ease and only have two more new unit types to add (Wraithguard and Hemlock). After that I will flesh out a second force org which should bring the whole army into the 3000+ point range.
