Default Monthly Conversion Deathmatch - December Entries

It is the start of a new month, so welcome again to the Heresy Online:

December 2014

A valid entry is a picture before the conversion and a picture after the conversion plus an optional description of the conversion, posted in this thread. The full current rules and FAQ can be found in the Rules thread.
Work in progress photographs or descriptions are also encouraged.

Entries must be submitted by midnight GMT, 31 December 2014.

If there is anything that you think unclear or needs reviewing, however trivial, please post it in the Discussion thread.

Without further ado, Heretics, ready your parts, raise your tools, and start converting.

Who can even think of beating that hat and set of goggles?!!?!?!???

I think I'll try and get into converting the Dark Vengeance Bike sergeant into a White Scars Captain. There's a lot of DA bling to dispose of...and a couple weapons to figure out. He should finish up with a fur cloak and sweet hair, as well as a Storm Shield and Power Fist...though I may try and go Thunder Hammer because it will look way cooler. We shall see! This is what he looks like now, for my 'proof' photo:

EDIT: Here's a little WIP pic from today's efforts:

Unfortunately Canada got rid of the penny and now my two cents rounds down to zero, so...take it for what you will.

Here's the final product. I promise the hand holding the hammer will look normal when it's painted...

As for parts: the shield came from the Assault Terminator kit (had to fix the top corner after a little sprue clipping mishap), the clamps holding it came from the Rhino kit, the hammer top came from the Blood Angel Death Company box and the handle was from a Ward Stave from a Grey Knight kit of some kind. All the 'fur' is liquid green stuff (finally found a use for it).

Two great conversions above, hopefully I can challenge them with a Tyranid Prime Miasma Cannon:
Starting:

After some thinking went for a MC Adrenal Gland on the back with two gland bits from Swarmlord swords.
Then linked them up to a deathspitter base with a Barbed strangler cannon. Since there are two options how to fire a Miasma Cannon (template and a long range blast) did an enlarged nozzle around the barrel and put in some toxin sacs to act as spray points and hooked the left hand hose into them for the spray. For the long range spit option comes a hose from the right and hooks straight into the cannon.
