So heres my entry, Montigue Ironbreaker of the black wolves warband Ascended champion of chaos and bane of the 37th Tallarn Warhawks. This is my first real attempt at using greenstuff but overall i'm pretty happy with it. I could have gone for a more obliterator like approach but the flesh that joins the two weapons wasn't really big enough to warrant it.

So i used the parts shown below + the daemon prince sprue

and it came out like this;

The blarog wings from the GW site, they were a bit big for the daemon prince actually. i had to remove a significant ammout of plastic to get them to fit properly.

A late entry but I'm back in the UK for the time being and that means back to Tyranids! So here's my entry!

Taking 3rd ed ravener parts and a new warrior's head I'll be creating a Zoanthrope!

Here's some parts pics - apologies that they're stock pics but I started yesterday when I didn't have the camera handy.

Totally stole images from Bitsandkits - hope he doesn't mind but at least I'm giving him credit ;)

And here's some progress shots. I'm not happy with the body at the moment so will probably green stuff some sticky-out bits where the holes used to be. My only problem is that my green stuff is about 8 years old and takes a hell of a lot of mixing before it becomes usable xD

Well here is mine!

I had an assault marine that hasn't got a backpack

So I made one!

The pack is oversized but I like the extra size and uniqueness.

Don't let others entries put you off entering, remember that there are two chances to win Most Innovative as well as Best Executed. So even if your skills need practice, your concept might be the best thing going.

This month, I will be making a bunch of CSM Nurgle bikers. I'm well into the project now, and to my shame, have poor photo documentation.

The bikers are made up of fantasy cavalry--specifically, Chaos Knights and Vampire Counts Black Knights. With some careful bitz-swapping, this gives the impression of a spectrum of rotting horses in varying states of decay, animated by unholy warp-power and propelled across the battlefield at rapid speeds (*cough*likeamotorcycle*cough*). This is a money saver (rather than $15 per bike, for a $150 full squad, I got to pay less than half of that for 10 horses).

I've been supplementing the basic kits with a variety of pieces from my bitz box, but here is the closest thing I have to a "before" picture:

Working from these kits (photos from the GW website)

CSM Plog, Tactica

What sphinx of plascrete and adamantium bashed open their skulls and ate up their brains and imagination? Imperator! Imperator!
