Default 40K player looking at AoS

I am thinking of getting into AoS, but I have no idea who I want to play as. In 40k I play tyranids and I run a balanced list of hoard and zilla... I'd like to do similar with my AoS army... If any one has any suggestions and maybe a few units I should look at for a beginnings of an army I would be very appreciative.

Most factions can somewhat do both horde + big beasties, especially given that you can run as a Grand Alliance, but here's some standouts:

Seraphon. Skink hordes (come in a box of 24!) going through Saurus and Kroxigor as heavier infantry with big stompy dinos for your Zilla needs.

The Undead. Legions of Nagash especially, though Flesh-Eater Courts can pull it off.

Skaven. Lots of potential Horde here. Your choice for big gets... weird.

Ask not the Eldar a question, for they will give you three answers; all of which are true and horrifying to know.

Seraphon catch my attention cause they are dinosaurs...

What would a half decent seraphon list look like at the most common play level? I know in 40k it's 2000 points.

No idea TBH, I mostly play 40K myself as AoS 1st didn't allow for much player skill IMO and its Matched Play system seems like it can't be balanced.

In my personal opinion 40k has serious balance issues dealing with soup and knights... But that's cool I'll just stay with 40k till I can find an AoS player to help me out.
