Take a look at the Great Unclean One:

"If a Great Unclean One uses "Grandfathers Joy" then whenever you roll a 7 for a Nurgle Daemon unit in you next charge phase, you can shout "Seven!" in mirthful tones. If you do, that unit can make 1 extra attack with each of its melee weapons in the following combat phase"

Some of the silly rules are fantastic.

With Wulfrik when you enter a challenge you get rerolls if you can make your opponent change expression by taunting and mocking them.

Settra automatically loses the game if you ever kneel for any reason during it (SETTRA DOES NOT KNEEL!).

The Masque of Slaanesh gets rerolls to hit during combat if you dance while rolling, and rerolls to wound if your persuade your opponent to join you in shaking your stuff

Because bellowing is always a joy;
Savage Orcs - Skull Bashers; "You can add 2 to the charge rolls of a unit that includes any Skull Bashers, but only if you bellow 'Waaagh!" when rolling the dice."
Honestly, there needs to more "Waaagh!" yelling with the ork, or whatever it is they're renaming the greenskins. I think a bunch of special rules that involve yelling "Waaagh!" are necessary.

Haha, reminds me of my childhood. Could not get a fucking game in at the local GW without a WAAAAGH!

Broke out laughing as soon as I read that. I've only gone through a couple of warscrolls so far, but I hope there are more of these.
That's pretty funny. Reminds me of Saga, where in the case if a draw the player with the most epic facial hair wins.

Sometimes i do stuff like that. Even if no bonus is involved.
I remember once with my Dark Elf Sorceress i managed a screaming vortex of doom spell (deadly pieplate of deathy death) at unstoppable power, after a blood sacrifice of my own troop, over the head of a vampire lord & wraith guard...i screamed out loud, with the same gesture and facials:
UNLIMITED POWER!!!

And that was a store game, so i had everyone looking at me in silence as i kept laughing evil and rolling dice

Its been a long time since GW released anything that intrigued me but......colour me intrigued.

I haven't played WFB since 98-99 and lost all interest after that. What put me off was the time painting unit after unit after unit.

Having had a look at AoS I honestly believe this is a system geared towards the type of play I enjoy. No fielding 10 units and spending four hours duking it out. With this I can put together the Bretonnian band I have wanted to do for years, the mutated Skaven war party, an entire Empire militia.

Its my choice.

Building linked narratives, small campaigns and being able to build and field the miniatures that I want is massively appealing.

We'll certainly see......

The oldest and strongest emotion of mankind is fear, and the oldest and strongest kind of fear is fear of the unknown.

More silly rules! (We know we love them)

If Fateweaver is casting spells he can gain a +2 modifier. But only if the player can say the name of the spell they wish to cast backwards without hesitating or looking it up.

Kurt Helborg can reroll hits with his runefang. But only if the player has a bigger and more impressive moustache than his opponent.

If one uses Marius Leitdorf (The mad Elector Count) and pretends to be riding a horse during the hero phase they can gain rerolls to hit. If they actually speak to this imaginary horse they can reroll to wound as well.

Also on madness whilst using Konrad von Carstein if the player talks to Konrad during the hero phase they can gain rerolls to hit of 1. If Konrad talks back to you the player can reroll all hits.

I am definitely rigging up a talking Konrad just for the surprise factor.

I have recently started a new Blog. I would really appreciate it if you would LOOK AT IT

This is some great stuff.
I totally want to see the talking Konrad if you do make it.
