The army is focused on blowing things to bits while having the ability to hold off rushes with the tac squads and captain+command squad.

Not a bad first list.
I would consider the following at a minimum:

Drop MoTF
Give the razorback for the command squad las cannon / tl plasma
Put an apothecary in the command squad!
Add pf to second tac squad
Switch both tacs to flamer / missle launcher
Get a rhino for both tacs
Put a ML in the scout squad
Drop the dccw and add a missle launcher to the dread

That would make what you have listed much more solid.

I personally do not like to run single dreads, but you need long range anti-tank, and the dread, in concert with the las gun razorback, should be adequate.
I do not like command squads and honor guard, either. They aren't bad, I just find more efficient uses for the points. In your list they should work fine with an apothecary. FnP FTW!

Have your tech marines reinforce and park the thunderfires in the reinforced structure. They are better than most people think. Put the scouts in the reinforced structure for a 2+ cover save.

I don't like fielding scouts in squads bigger than 5. Honestly, for just 10 pore points than your current scout squad, you can have a 5-man squad plus Telion, and a second 5-man squad (complete with another Sergeant) that can be put somewhere else entirely, allowing you to divide your shots among different targets if you so choose. This second squad can also score on a separate objective, and probably still shoot the same target if Telion and friends isn't enough.
I'd also put a heavy flamer on that second Dreadnought, because I can never get enough heavy flamers on dreadnoughts.
I also agree on most of what Inigo Montoya says. Listen to him.

I believe that theres an apothecary in a command squad per default.

Put a missile launcher in the scout squad .... you got unspend points anyways. And i would really really try and find some points for rhinos/razorbacks for your tacticals. Ditch 5 scouts if you have to.

I'm a bit concerned that this army will fall foul to an army like Broadside Tau or fire prism eldar. Seriously, one Razorback and a dreadnought by way of armour, and thats it. When (and if) they're down (mass IG HW squads come to mind) how do you plan on combatting them? You'll never out-gun them.

Your Points are out by a LONG way

your almost 100 points over 1500 with that list

One thing I would recomend, swap the Pred to AC with Las sponsons and spend less points of your Command Squad, as it stands you could have 5 Terminators for the same price as them.

The points you are missing is by not factoring in the cost of each PW and Stormbolter on your Command squad... or any of their wargear. I sometimes run a command squad in a Rhino with 2x melta guns and some CCW... Tactic being to drop a transport then hold up a unit in CC. With their feel no pain it takes a long time to drop them. Would also drop the Stormbolters from them and just stick to plain old Bolt pistols for the extra CC attack, as thats where you want this squad

No problems here, if you need points elsewhere, lose the digi weapons.

Lose the Standard and the Storm Bolters. The standard is not worth its points and the storm bolters take away your extra attack in assault. stick with the pistols. Aside from that, I have never like command squads; far too expensive, but if you are looking to use them as a counter attacking unit, it might work.

Unless these guys have a LRC they have no business being in this list. I take from the homers you intend to teleport them? Bad idea. On the turn they arrive, they have to sit there and wait to be shot at. Vindicators have a field day with this.

If you are taking missile launchers and have the razorback with TL las, I would make this into a Vindicator...and then buy another one.

I like it, but a couple of questions:
Why the missile launcher in the scout squad?
Razorbacks can only transport 6 models so why have them for the tac squads?

I was eyeing up the vindicators as i like me some Kaboom!

The Missile Launcher in the scout squad can use Telion's BS 6. Try missing with that.

The tactical squads can combat squad and take your assault half (PF + Flamer) forward, or as you wanted to be able to blow stuff up and hold off rushes, you can use the razorback to support the tactical squad. (Just cos it can only hold 6 models doesn't mean you have to try and put any in it.) So you end up with ten marines with a missile launcher, a flamer and a power fist, with a twin-linked heavy bolter in support.

IMO Vindicators are the best marine tank next to the LR/LRC/LRR
