Pure IG foot army with =I= and GKs

I'm planning on making a pure troop army for IG - no tanks and valkers etc. I however want to add some Grey Knights and a Daemonhunter Inquisitor into it, both for tatical reasons and fluffy.
Is it a good idea and if so, how best to use these elements in a IG army?

You should really think about it, that’s a lot of troops
EX. at 750 point you could have close to 100+ troops.
I just did a 750 list for a game Sat. I have 67 troops and 3 Sentinels.
If you start going to 1500 point army the troops take up the entire game bord
