Default Multiple Rune Priests

If there are 3 ruin priests within 24 inches of an enemy psycher do all 3 of them get to try to cancel the enemy psycher out?

ruin priests do not exist, no army has a unit named Ruin Priest. so cant help your question when you dont give us the name of the model your actually thinking of... ruin priest. lol

No need to be an ass about it dude. Hell, I don't even play Space Wolves and I know that he's talking about Rune Priests.

As for the question Im gonna go out on a limb and say the answer to your question is no. My reasoning being similar to the "you can't re-roll a re-roll" situation when thinking that you cant attempt to negate a psychic power more than once.

Not too sure though, anyone else have any (helpful) opinions?

No, only one psyker may try to negate a power at a time. If you have 3 in range, nominate one of them and that is the only shot you get to negate THAT psyker power.

Hahahahaha Sorry I dont actually own a space wolves codex my friend plays them though. I have only heard not seen it RUNE priest

Can you guys point me to where I can show my friend that. He runs three of them and insists on trying to cancel out my psychic abilities with all of them. Is there some place in the rule book/codex/faq that I could show him besides I say so?

Btw thanks for the help!

raw, could be interpreted in a way to allow multiple nullify rolls without the FAQ.

the FAQ errattad it:

Page 36 – Runic Weapon,
Replace the fourth sentence with “Furthermore, whenever
an enemy model succeeds on a Psychic test within 24" of
one or more models with a Runic Weapon, roll a dice […]”

thus it fixes the wording to state you only get one roll

I don't believe KhainiteAssassin is being an ass.
I've been collecting Space Wolves for sixteen years and I didn't have a clue that "Ruin Priests" were a colloquialism for "Rune Priests".
Just because you understand your ever-so-clever pet name for a model doesn't neccessarily mean everybody else does.

Yes he is, he clearly know what the guy is talking about and we really don't need people acting like that to guys on the forum, it puts people off. It's a rules forum so if you don't know or at least don't have an idea just don't post.

There is a difference between being facetious and being an ass.
I think KhainiteAssasin makes a very valid point, in that if you are going to ask for help on this, or any, forum, then the least you can do is use the correct names/terminology.

Or is that too much to ask?

OK people...move along. Or I'll start being an ass.

Strange, but not a Stranger.
