Apart from having a special move in the movement phase, Jump infantry move like any other infantry.

Unless they have Fleet they cannot run and assault, but could do one or the other.

option 1, move 12" charge 6"
option 2, move 12" run d6"
option 3, move like ordinarily troops (to prevent dangerous terrain) 6"

Others have already said the correct answer(s), so i'll just yell at you instead.

READ THE RULEBOOK! THIS STUFF IS CLEARLY STATED IN THE CLEARLY MARKED SECTION IN THE CLEARLY TITLED CHAPTER. IT COULD NOT BE MORE CLEAR-ER-ER.

Sorry for the entirely intentional rudeness, but its a pet peeve of mine when people can't be bothered to pick up the rulebook to answer their incredibly simple question.

Okay thanks guys for the information.I started the thread because i wanted an opinion from experienced players since my friends and me havent been playing for a lot of time and had a serious disagreement about this rule. So as for the last dude , you really dont need to shout because i think you know better that the rulebooks are not so well written and i am sure that you have argued alot about rules, otherwise these posts wouldnt be around.
Thanks and cheers !

Could it be possible that he doesn't have the rulebook? I know I don't, mine disappeared on a tournament (my fault though) :p
At least I would be careful with jumping to conclusions like you are doing here

Don't neg-rep new member for asking questions no matter how simple.

The Negative Rep is a bit harsh.
The guy's in Greece and may not be reading the rules in his native language.

Aphazel may not have a copy of the rulebook (and he never said he hasn't, over to you Aphazel) I'm guessing one of his gaming friends has a copy.

Perhaps a clear answer and then advise him to check his Rulebook first next time because it would've been a relatively easy answer for him to look up would've been the most helpful response here.

Though I take your life, I promise you the stars...
