Mark of Tzeentch

First off, I assure you that I can read but things aren't clear enough for my simple mind.
I remember reading something about Chaos Sorcerer being able to cast one more spell per player turn in the Psychic Powers section but I remember something about adding a level of invulnerable armor (5+ Invulnerable) also.
As if it was not enough, I found another description on the Net about always passing Psychic tests. I realize that this for 30 points on a Chaos Sorcerer is a real joke so my question is:

Could anybody more knowledgeable than I explain clearly the effect of The Mark of Tzeentch and tell me where to find the most accurate definition for it.

Thank you very much.

It gives you a 4+ invul (on a character) two powers and two castings per turn.

The auto-pass for psychics was last edition.

Strange, but not a Stranger.
