Please, take the points from the superfluous ellipses you have there, and redistribute them to where they are sorely needed, that being the end of your sentences, if indeed sentences they are. This will enable you to find where each of your sentences, if they are more than one, begins and ends, thus allowing you to capitalise the initial letter of each. From there you may wish to consider correct spelling, which will allow you to put the sorely abused apostrophe where it wants to go. At this point you will be contributing to, as opposed to diminishing, the somewhat dubious reputation of central Australians. By not using the words 'youse' and 'aks' you are already well on your way here.

As for what it is I think you said, teleport homers are a bad idea. If you have a squad expensive enough to warrant a Crusader as well as a teleporting Terminator squad, your paltry numbers of initiates will be gunned down and guarantee your loss.

That had to be the most eloquent way I have ever heard someone direct another to fix their grammar and punctuation.

Wisdom means having the ability to admit what you do not know. - Me

Mother nature does not give do overs. - Me too

How many of your post's do you think include a bollocking for spelling or grammar?

(Edited for spelling and still not sure about"your").

Only the ones that need to. Genuine typing errors or minute mistakes made in unintentional ignorance I can let past, since everybody does it from time to time. It's the people who either don't care for the language they choose to use whatsoever that irritate me into action, and those that want to remain ignorant of what they're doing that provoke me into conflict.

As for you, 'your' is correct. However, the errant apostrophe is not. Apostrophes are used to indicate ownership, with either apostrophe 's', or merely an apostrophe if it follows an 's'. They are also used to indicate where the missing letters are in a contraction, and indeed that it is a contraction. Finally, they show plurals for LOWERCASE letters, despite what the countless signs advertising "CHEEP DVD'S" would have you believe. They are not EVER used simply because there is an 's' on the end of a word.

There are more rules, but you can find them yourself once you're through with this lot.

Many thanks,

Do the posts in question not belong to you? Obviously without going to socialist about ownership.

They're only my posts if they long and detailed. I don't do quick grammar quips, since they're almost as good as achieving their objective as Cane Toads in Australia.

obviously not realizing it i have offended someone with my colonial 'ignorance', my apologies. from now on any input shall be mediated with grunts and whistles as to not upset those more sensitive, and dare i say overall higher beings who have such an awe inspiring investment in the English language. 'grunt, whistle' eats, shoots, and leaves. 'kapow!' :?
