I'd say that RAW, MCs/FMCs do take Dangerous Terrain, they just automatically pass it. RAI, I think it should affect them since why else would it have the rule there?

Gotta love GW rule writing.

So if I drop it into the enemy, no worries. If it stays too close to me, watch my fliers. Assuming I run any. I'm currently considering running a half CSM (thousand sons), half Necron army, using some of the Decurion building block formations. might not fight in a heldrake.
