Default Warlocks and stacking

Would the warlock power enhance that adds +1 WS AND +1 Initiative stack?

Not everyone has the rulebook yet. Could you post the wording of the specific power?

Enhance/Drain - Warp Charge 1. Runes of Battle
Quote:
Enhance is a blessing that targets the psyker. Whilst the power is in effect, the psyker and his unit have+1 Weapon Skill and +1 Initiative.

Drain is a malediction that targets a single enemy unit in 18". Whilst the power is in effect, all models in that target unit have -1 Weapon Skill and -1 Initiative.
Blessings and Maledictions do in fact stack, but never higher than 10 and never lower than 1. So you can cast it several times if multiple Warlocks have it in a Seer council. Outside of that its impossible to Enhance any other unit more than once because they can only have one Warlock attached to them.

As nice as Enhance is, I'd rather Drain a target multiple times. Of course they get DtW then. May change this once I get playing.

Personally I'd prefer a few Horrify's followed closely by a Mindwar or Psychic Shriek.

The Eldar, more than any other army, should not only look at the output of each unit individually, but the synergy of multiple units together and their role in the force as a whole. - Fable
