How to write an Imperial style Date?

As we all know, the Imperail Date system is different to our own, with an average date looking something like 0099329. M41. I am awear that M41 is equal to the 41st Millenium, but I was wondering, what do the numbers beforehand mean?
How would I write todays date (11 November 2010) in that Imperial Date system?

Google. It's like magic. Only easier.
