search for the cypher

going to get straight to the gritty, iv got a 3k fallen angels force currently led by the daemon prince of tzeentch Zahariel (the librarian from the heresy books) now i got a second HQ slot to fill and rather than use a second DP i wanted to put in the Cypher.... 1 problem. no rules

i thought about useing abbadon, giving him robes, and makeing him my lord. (and a retinue of deathwing in a landraider) 'twould be awesome but a massive chunk of points.. (10 deepstriking termi's would be another option here)
then there was the kharn option. but not fitting enough. iv finally decided to put it to the forum...

post rules and points or any links you know off to existing already i need to keep it fluffy and balanced. any config of weapons... oppertunity to go crazy. cheers guys... feedback appreciated

No doubt Bungji, I would use his old rules and update them were the new 40K rulebook would intersect, plus most players couldn't argue about that really, instead of homebrewing your own!

"Take a moment, please. Ponder the depths of your insignificance."

"It would be disappointing if you were unable to overcome this simplest of defenses. Hilarious, but disappointing."

I'm assuming your using the CSM codex. So:

Cypher (CSM Lord "count as")
-MoT
-DW
-Done.

When I was a young boy, I dreamed of being a baseball...

Well, bell of lost souls made a sort of update to cypher already. You can find them here:

The day you met me may have been the most life-changing day of your life. For me, it was simply tuesday.

I have to agree with the Chaos Lord option. MoT + DW. That`s the most common use of the model I`ve seen.

"Common" meaning the two people I know who have it.
