This has nothing to do with my own abilities, or skill, rather just an ace bit of luck. I finished my nightshift at 7am, changed and went to my local car boot sale on the way home. My wife and kids are away visiting family and I have the weekend to myself, so it's a bit of a treat to go along on my own, especially so early. It is usually pretty huge and full of all sorts of tat to browse through, and I like finding the odd bits and pieces. Previously I'd found a complete squad of Bugmans Dwarf Rangers, and a collection of Ral Partha pin badges on separate occasions, but these are rarities.

However, At the end of the very first aisle, sitting out front of the table, on a plastic box was a near mint, hardback, 1987, Rick Priestly, First Edition, Second Imprint copy of WH40k Rogue Trader. Asking how much it was, I was told 1.
I paid, and calmly carried on browsing. I love car boot sales.
