The hazard strips are magnetic tape. I put this around the edges of all my terrain and put little patches of its opposite pole on the underside of all my walkways, that way they stay put. This is weathered with modelmates rust pigment and the excellent modelmates Rust Effect. If you've never used this stuff before, I recommend you get some as soon as. It's awesome.
