Hmm, a lot of anger here!! I sit quietly in a peaceful spot outside, with a nice view of the country or sea, and make deep, regular breathing, in through the nose, hold for a second, out through the mouth. After about a minute it is like being a tiny bit high. My retreiver helps, she bring me flowers (no lie, always flowers) when I am very sad or angry, this makes me laugh so don't feel bad! Really, best way to deal with bad feeling is create good ones......
