To start with, I like the 4 squads of warriors. Gives you good redundancy for WBB and allows you to take 4 objectives.

When I play, immortals and Destroyers serve much the same function though. So I'd focus on one group until maxed, then add the other. In this case Destroyers (which I prefer anyway). So take the 10 immortals and add another squad of destroyers.

If you don't want to do that, then consider moving to a 2 x 5 squad organization in your Immortals. That will give you a bit more WBB protection.

Problems with this list (keeping in mind that it is for a 2k game):

1. Weak HQ
2. Too many Warriors
3. Not enough Destroyers

Big problems, because there is so little choice in the codex that you really need to max out on damage. Destroyers are more mobile than Immortals and have a longer range, with a better gun.
Most importantly, the HQ and Warriors in this list are just not 'winning material'.

This is off-topic and straying towards a flame-war. Lets return to comments on the list, shall we?

Thats the main problem with the Necrons, they need more troops!

It is really annoying me because the Necrons have so little variety in their armies which makes it easy for the foe to find a weak point in the force when armies like Space Marines and Orks have so much choice for their army lists, it does make me a little frustrated when looking for things to attack.

Wraiths are nice and fast, but squad too small for them to be a major threat (can I get some rending or something?). Mono, Warriors and Destroyers does get old fast only reason I stopped playing them is cause they are bland but good fluff.

i'd suggest more destroyers and the deceiver. drop gaze and crono thingy as well, imo. i'd take out immortals for the rest of the points you need to max destroyers.
