I'm gonna have to go ahead and disagree with you there.
7 grey hunters + wolf guard + banner will wreck the face off a grey knight strike squad or any of their generic troops on the charge, and even when charged they will cause horrendous casualties before being dropped. if anything, i would bump your units to 8 man units plus a wolf guard. GH have to do the grunt work in the sw army because we lack real specialist units, so you want your squads to be effective. also, 18 bolter shots is scarier than 14, and 24 attacks + fists is pretty terrifying if you get the banner popped. Also, never leave home without banners, best upgrade in the book
6 man long fang squads should only be included if you have 75 spare points, 5 man units are super solid, and are able to wreck most vehicles without many problems. If you can afford 6 man units, go for it, but dont do it at the expense of other units
Lone wolves are amazing, everyone pisses on them, but they are superb. Best kitted out with Termie armour, chainfist, storm shield and 2 puppies, they are a wonderful tarpit for large non CC units, like tac squads, and are great at taking out gribbly monsters like dreadnoughts and monstrous creatures and the like
