Default Imperial Guard -Ultimate Kill Team?

Hi, I was a bit inspired by "The Last Chancers" when I made this KT. Maximum variation and USR's without too much cheese. (Like the Doom of Malan'tai.)
Even though every model in the unit becomes a separate unit after deployment, they still keep Harkers "Catachan Devils" rule: Stealth, Infiltrate and Move Through Cover!

Actualy, before this can be called my ultimate kill team, I need help choosing USR's.

Veteran squad -70 pts.
"Stonetooth" Harker -55 pts. (Has FNP and Relentless already!)
Demolitions Doctrine; Demo Charge for 1 guy -30 pts.
Sniper Rifle -5 pts. Relentless?
Heavy Flamer -20 pts.
Plasma Rifle -15 pts. FNP or Tank Hunter?
Mortar Team -5 pts. Eternal Warrior or Slow but Purposeful?
3 guys left, choose lasguns or shotguns to your own liking.

If they all have stealth move through cover and infiltrait then this is a very good list, guardsmen getting 3+ from everything but flamers is a good thing, but you might want to drop your heavy flamer for a melta, because well its kill teams you will probably only be able to flame one person at a time, and you have to be prepared for the odd dread kill team. then only problem i see is another list that infiltrates and has flamers, that might be bad but that shouldn't be very common

Excellent so gonna see this in my kill team game later on and I'll let ya know how it works although I've changed some stuff e.g. Heavy flamer to plasma rifle and the mortar to a heavy bolter

30 points for the demolitions doctrine I personally think is a bad choice. The way kill team is played you might get 2 guys at best and there still is a risk of you blowing yourself up and or missing. Drop the sniper rifle and get a scout sentinel.
