Looks pretty good, I would go with a bit more layering though. Maybe take a yellow, water it down or use a thinning agent and apply it to the raised parts on the green. Or maybe mix a little white with the red and put a lighter line of the red along the outside edge of the existing red.
As all Carnifexes go, he looks really mean

I'd be tempted to give the mini some Washes. Little work for a great improvement in the looks.
