Moving on from my first attempt at an Ork aircraft (also listed in this gallery), a biplane came to mind. Basic model is a 1/48 scale Henschel 123, a late 30's/early 40's German aircraft. Various Forge World and GW Big Shootas and Rokkits added. Wing struts replaced with plastic girders and tubes. Engine bolted on with girders, new exhausts, repaired undercarriage, various plates, rivitts, etc. Total cost of parts about £15, excluding card, girders, etc from my materials store.

Its a thing of beauty in my eyes, I love the old WW1 planes anyways, an Ork one is excellent.

good conversion but i highly doubt that the orks or any race in the 41st millenium would by flying anything the likes of that xD

Agreed. Sometimes you just need to have a bit of fun, and Orks are SUCH good fun to play about with. If you don't like this, guess you won't like blacked-up Ork Commandos in rubber boats, kayaks and riding "human" torpedoes. Watch this space ....
