Only have specific units, HELP PLS, 1200PTS LIST

hi all, i only have these units:
3, 10man DA
2 farseers
3 vypers
5 dark reapers
maugan ra

im looking for the most combat effective list from these units( 1200pts list)
my list:
2 x 10DA( exarch- 2sc, bladestorm)
2 x waveserpents( TLSC, SC, SE)
3 x vypers(BL)
5 dark reapers (exarch- TL, fast shot)
ELDRAD( the people im playing with wont mind if i use a farseer in place of eldrad, although i soon intend to buy him)

is this good considering what i have?, if not please make suggestions for improvements, or just tell me what i should run, thx all
