Op Rampion II part 2
Have started most of the proccedings the GS Wagon being used needed a lot of work it infact needed a 75% rebuild. So the two months prior to Op Rampion was spent cutting wood painting and putting on the final touches.
Here you can see the GS Wagon stripped down during the rebuild. Notice the boxes in the back of the wagon, these are what the coffin board will sit on. ![]() ... |

The three levels of rank in the army.
Many a time Ive been on exercise and though to myself how I miss those comforts of home like a roof and walls, but you make do with a poncho and a good doss bag and once you have got your admin on the ball it all comes together!
for those of us that are lucky and have a CVRT, APC and a cab to sleep in it is almost home from home! As low ranker you have to grizz it in a shell scrap doing stags every few hours at crazy times. Once your up doing a Sgts job you can sit back sort out admin... |

I found myself driving a British gereral service wagon made it 1914 that survived the First World war and is still owened by the army. GS Wagon ![]() one size of uniform fits all lol ...
