Default Vampire Count of Lustria

Currently im building a story around my main Vampire lord William Sterling. I have a backstory but i left it on my work computer. Anyways i thought i was cool and was gunna be the first one doing this, but then found out theres a Vampire Pirate and thats why its called the Vampire Coast, i changed my story.
I was woundering if using Skaven Lizardmen and Human zombies and the same combo for "Crypt Horrors" using Kroxigar, and Giant Rats, seeing as that there probobly wont be many actual ghouls on Lustria to use. For Blood Knights i just had a warship land on the continent and he took control. and i plan to use Lord Kroaks model for a "Undead Slann Necromancer". Anyone this sound decent?

That sounds pretty neat. The model for the lord would be a bit hard to pull off. Essentially they should be a bit open. Maybe the Dark Elves models would suit good.
