Prepared to be screwed. Check your account to see whether it even shows up on your preorder tracking since it doesn't on mine despite receiving a confirmation email with order number etc.

Cool, thanks for letting me know. I was going to get it from Game anyway, although upon its release I'll get it from Amazon. Cheaper there.

Can't even cancel my order if I really do have the order. So dunno if I'll get the preorder stuff as well, so might have to pick it up elsewhere. Thinking of reporting them to BBC Watchdog, constant poor support and selling practices.

Whats all the hate with Game? I've never had a problem with them. Stuffs cheaper then I've found elsewhere, games are well packed and my pre-orders always get here at least a day before its in the store, even when sending it freepost.

At the moment they're changing to a more secure webpage design, and its states quite clearly that Pre-orders show up on the Your Account Page. They are listed from the date you order them though. IE, my Deus Ex:HR order shows up as being in January.

What they've done is roll out a new site that doesn't work. As usual.
I'm a long-term GAME customer, but they've apocalyptically botched my order too and don't seem to have a clue what to do about it. I have my free DLC code, but no dispatch note, no game, and no apology. The site still lists it as 'unshipped'.

Doesn't work? It works perfectly fine. The orders are there, they're just listed on the date they're made now. I'd suggest going and checking them, and your email properly. If they've e-mailed you your dlc code, if its been dispatched, they'll have sent you that too. Sending you the DLC code means thy've defiantely got your order on record somewhere.

Pre-orders are not working for me. I can see an order, but it doesn't say what order it is. They sent me an email saying my game has been shipped but I haven't recieved anything yet. Don't get why they had to change a perfectly good site.

The new ones more secure apparently *shrugs* But I agree, I prefered the design of the old one.

As said though, look up the order with the date of when you made the pre-order. They're listed by date they're made now.

And since its released today, its possibly a postal issue. If its not in today, and you don't get it tomorrow, I'd say you've got every right to complain.

As stated though, I've never had any problems with Game except for when theres been a postal strike, which wasn't their fault, or when its bank holiday and again the postal service have screwed up the delivery dates.
