Just picked up a Panzer IV.

It was a hell of a grind getting there with my light Pz38Na. I was the sole light tank scout on a high tier Med./Hvy tank team about 9/10 times. My gun was essentially ineffective in those games. I felt like a hamster in a field of giants.

Never played, but I'm downloading it now. Saw a few videos, and it looks pretty good. Can't wait to get my hands on some German tech, going to take awhile to get to that Panther though...

@orkbythe graceofgork, yeah, the match making in WOT is a bit fubar, ive lost count of the amount of games where ive used my tier IV A-20, and faced a shit load of tier VIIIand IX tanks in the enermy team, with maybe one or two tier IV tanks in.
Had a game last night in my A-20, where i was the only tier iv tank in either team, everyone else had tier VIII and IX, lets just say i lasted about 2 mins once the other team spoted me, mind you i did managed to take out 2 tier VIII arty before being blown to hell and back

With the lights in the Heavy matches you just need to find you role, load Hi-Ex and go mental over their artillery. Never be afraid to just ram artillery guns either.

If anyones up for some platooning you can find me ingame under AramoroA, currently rocking a StuG III, PzKpfw IV, PzKpfw III/IV, Wespe, T-28 and my trusty PzKpfw II. Currently aiming for a KV, JagPanther and VK3601.

Got the legend itself.

The first Tiger sucks, it's the Tiger II which is a beast in game afaik.

True that the tiger 1 isn't too impressive, it won't go up and slug it out with the other heavies and expect to come out alive.

It's a sniper, and if the placement is right and with some lucky and pro gameplay, you can do good with it.

I think the best i've done with is is 4 kills, and 2 of those were heavy russian tanks.

Just got my VK 3601 (H), it's a beast in the right situations. But I'm still conflicted over my gun choice for it.

I'd go with the 88 L/56 on the 3601H. The Panther I isn't so great but the Panther II - which I'm working my way towards right now - is superb.
