X-Com Enemy Unknown/UFO - awesome game that I still play today and still gets me paranoid when I'm dealing with the first terror on a city where chrysallids are involved!

>> Jet set Willy, Monty on the Run, Manic miner, Pong, and other Original type games are the best games, cos if it was'nt for the old school, we wouldnt have the new shit. Liked Tie-fighter though, it was pretty cool.

THANK YOU! I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks XCOM is the greatest thing since sliced bread these days. All the World of Warcrack-heads and whatnot seems to have put the alien wars on the back burner in the last five years or so.

Crimson Skies. It's just SO awesome!!!! It was made in '02 and has great graphics. The story is captivating, and there are huge explosions, and there's some so satisfying about exploding a very big hydrogen filled zeppelin. BUT (and this is a very big but) it only works on windows 99 to it's full effect. On XP, if you get a patch, the graphics are terrible. Oh well.
