Default Crackdown 2

This is out very very soon. What's everyone think? I've played the original crackdown and whilst it wasn't a particularly 'stand-out' game to me, it was still a good game and different from most games out there. So I may well give this one a try.

Regards,
Jake.

Considering I initially got the original cause I played it at a friends house and discovered it was a great game for mucking around on, I bought it. So will see how this one is and may purchase it.

Aye, Crackdown (as with Prototype and some others) is a great game for just pissing about blowing things up, causing havoc - even if you are supposed to be the good guy.

I like the unique graphics in Crackdown.

Regards,
Jake.

I played the demo. I stopped playing the demo.

Crackdown was a horrendous game, although as people have already said it was fun for just roaming around causing havoc. I'd say the only reason why Crackdown sold so much was because of the Halo 3 beta invitation that came with it. Even so, I had expected the developers to perfect the title to a more impressive level. I was mistaken.

The demo is just lame even when taking the restrictions in to consideration. It just seems like Crackdown 1, but with mutants populating the streets at night. I wouldn't pay $60 for it upon release. I'd pay $5 or so to rent it, and that's it.

It looks interesting to say the least. I've seen the commercial for it. I may buy it if it is any good, but i'll have to see.

My youtube channel. Feel free to stop by and have a look if you're interested. I do Airsoft, some warhammer related videos, and gaming videos.

R.I.P. Uncle Lee. You will be greatly missed by us all. We will see each other again some day.

I'd recommend you play the demo first. You have 30 minutes to mess around on a decently sized island.

Well, to be fair, I have played demos for games that were absolute shit but the game turned out to be good. We will just have to wait and see.

It's been released now, does anyone have it or has anyone played it yet? If so what's it like?

Regards,
Jake.
