This is about the possibilities of what DX11 allows software to develop into. The Unigine site even says that a Russian University would use it for developing a Space Program, and that it's part of a high class Architectural Piece of Software.

Right now, I'm imagining something along the lines of what Dragon Age, Oblivion, perhaps a Warhammer Fantasy RPG, or even an RTS could be like with this.
To be honest, there's not much that I can see better than DX10. I mean, sure, it's pretty. But to be honest, the first year or two with any new engine and graphics tech tend to focus on dick-waving as opposed to that little thing some people remember called gameplay. It's becoming less about the games and more about the technology behind them.
Oblivion running with this tech? It'd still be Oblivion. A fun game that looked great and played well in towns and dungeons, but just felt...dead when you're one of about six people wandering around the country roads of a continent.

Show me the interaction of characters and how they play. That could have just been a quick pixar style video for all we know.
