Well the last thing i did before organising to have it sent away is to try playing it after wrapping a blanket around it, putting a hot water bottle next to it (inside the blanket) and blasting warm air from two hairdryers straight into the back of it. funnily enough, the damn thing stayed on for 5 or so hours - when i turned it on again without all of that, it had the two light problems again. still, it's in warranty, so i can send it away for free for another 2 months or so.

I've heard a lot about this new hardware setup, but i've seen no results yet. maybe microsoft should go into politics eh?

But just send it away again... It's a balls to constantly do it but it has to be done.....
Well, i'm happy with it so far. it hasn't been a major hassle to get it fixed, and it should be ready soonish. plus, the time that it's not here means that i have more time to get my uni work done.

On the subject of Rat Ogres:
But if we give them laser eyes and mounted guns, we'll have to bring in Clan Skryre, and everyone knows how much those limp-tailed snuff addicts overcharge.
