one person controls the commander and scouts, the other controls tarkus and avitus. I didn't play far enough to see who controls thule or thaddeus

Moved to Video Games.

one thing I want is the ability to split my fire everywhere, it makes no sense that a squad of 10 guard or marines or whatever all have to fire at 1 target with everything, is the guy with the lascannon not smart enough to realize maybe he would be better off firing at the massive tank looming overhead instead of the little man no bigger than a squat running at him, or is that far too complex for the 10yr olds?

It is as Blitz said. The army is divided into two sections. One plaer controls one group, the other the rest.... I think there is some way to choose which ones are controlled but not sure

If you shit in one hand and wish in the other we all know which one will fill up faster.

And as I walk in the valley of the shadow of death I will have no fear For I am the scariest mother f*cker in that goddamned valley!

Damn nature, You Scary!!!

Player one controls the force commander and one squad while player two controls two other squads. After gaining acces to Thaddeus its possible for either player to control any of the other squads using the squad deployment screen. However, player one always has to control the Force Commander even after gaining access to Thaddeus.

The coop campaign is great fun, I played big bits of it along with my brother over the last couple of weeks. Only complains I had about it is that given the campaign is so long you're unlikely going to manage to get right through to the end with the same person playing along with you and also whoever is hosting the game gets all the wargear. There's no option for the extra player to get any rewards for playing along.
Great game though, multiplayer is legendary!

What would Richard do.......?
