Default Fires Over Kronus Mod!

I recently downloaded this particular mod (or rather, the beta of this particular mod) for DoWDC, and I find myself vastly impressed. Appropriate scaling of units, mostly accurate wargear options, etc. However, there are a few things I would like to address, and perhaps receive constructive feedback on. Bear in mind most of this won't make sense unless you've played the mod.

First, I noticed that when I was upgrading a unit (reinforcing, adding heavy weapons, etc.) the progress bar had a nasty habit of freezing every now and then. Occasionally, this would rectify itself somehow; after I selected a different unit, then reselected the glitched unit I would be able to reinforce it again. Is there a reason this happens? Or is this just a very irritating glitch?

Secondly...actually, that was my only problem with this mod. If it weren't for that one, glaring problem stated above, I'd give this mod an easy 10/10. Until this problem is fixed, I will refrain from actually rating Fires Over Kronus.

This mod has been out for a while, and the "glitch" is not one at all. You can only reinforce when near a LP or production building. The game states this if you have the latest version installed (v. 1218 iirc)
