Default fallout 3 (me whinging)

first off don't get me wrong, Fallout 3 is a brilliant game, i love it, its just that there were some things about it that kinda ruined it for me.

The ending was pretty lame and you didnt get to play on if you got the other chick killed, why not, i want to check out the new world that i worked to create you stuid game.

The radio stations, only 2 stations and it was the same lousy broadcasts and songs over and over, omg, even GTA 3 had more selection and variaty then fallout 3.

finding quests, it took forever to find them and even then they wernt long, in 16 hours id done 21 quests and reached lvl 19 and had nothing left to do cept search for more quests.

to me fallout 3 was a pretty short game, it didnt last that long, i got 16 hours out of it while cod4 was 200 and cod5 is 60 and climbing. what i want to know is did anyone else have the same dislikes about fallout 3?

I never really listened to the stations too much, only to hear what 3dog had to say about my naughty behavior hehe and to listen to the music on GNR a few times, sure not many songs, but all were pretty good.

the shortness isn't an issue really, if you only do the main quests you can do it in no time, but if you explore every nook and cranny of the map it'll last allot longer.

the things I didn't like was the LV20 cap, and not being able to play after you finish the game like in Oblivion

You can get a mod that lets you play after the end of the MQ. (And DLC is coming out/has come out for 360 to do the same)

My only gripe with the game was the level cap; my savior of humanity character made it to level twenty and there's still so much more to do. (Only discovered about 70 of the locations, only have 2 bobbleheads, have only two blueprints, etc.) Though due to a glitch in my achievements I'll never be able to get every achievement.

I actually liked how hard, and sometimes random, it was to find certain quests. It really forced me to go exploring and be careful with my actions.

i really like FO3. till it glitched and a death claw came to the regulators. the people who give you caps for the bad guys finger. when i woke up it had killed all of them.

so i could no longer get money for the fingers. that was ok till the Enclave soldiers kill my dog that went walk-a-bouts.

and i hadn't saved it in a long time. i know it is my fault for not saving. however i
haven't played it since

Personally, I'd never save if Dogmeat died; it takes some work keeping him alive so its truly a waste if you do lose him.

I found it somewhat fun to play, but the level 20 cap is annoying and so is the game ending at the end of the main quest.

If a child asks how Santa lives forever, simply reply he drinks blood.

Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poke me in the ribs and cackle, telling me, "You're next." They stopped after I started to do the same thing to them at funerals.

Understatement of the year man . I took the perk that showed you all the locations and my GOD there are a ton of them. I didn't even get near to half of them explored. I do agree about the game ending though, I would have liked to continue exploring.

one thing I want is the ability to split my fire everywhere, it makes no sense that a squad of 10 guard or marines or whatever all have to fire at 1 target with everything, is the guy with the lascannon not smart enough to realize maybe he would be better off firing at the massive tank looming overhead instead of the little man no bigger than a squat running at him, or is that far too complex for the 10yr olds?

guys you know you can go into the command prompt and max out any skills and get any or all perks you want. so that kinda defeats the level cap problem. but yeah i agree main quest was short and lv 20 is gained to fast but it leaves you at a good strong point but not like your a super man.
