360 is best. It has more games than PS3.

In my opinion, neither.

To answer Juddski (not the originator of the question, just the latest quote of it):
Sony needed Blu-ray. They were champing at the bit about Phillips' 'restrictions' to the DVD standard (Sony are a licensee). Many times, they were [holds thumb and forefinger 'so' far apart] this close to losing that licence by always wanting to "improve" it (licensees must stick to the 'standard', anything else is a breach of licence conditions). Also, EVERY other Sony dedicated format had proven to be a complete and utter balls-up (at consumer level) unless other manufacturers accepted it.

I've found both the PS3 controllers AND 360 controllers uncomfortable for long term usage (as in more than 30 minutes or so at a time). Both seem designed for [people with HUGE hands]. I have 'delicate' little hands :D (No, really, for a male, my hands are really small. I wear ladies medium gloves, because small mens gloves are too large. PS2 controllers are a perfect size for me. Xbox controllers were also too big.

The Blu-ray player is also unnecessary for me, as with my large collection of imported R1 DVDs, none of them will play on this generation of Blu-Ray players.

I'll wait for the next format, thanks.

Hey! Where'd ... Everybody ... go?

dont complain when your changing disks every hour or so

ps3 for me:
hard disk space
blue ray does make a difference (look at not yet released games like killzone 2 and doom 4)
doesnt need a giant brick for power
no disk tray
awesome look
and a web browser (it comes in handy for those who say its useless. now it plays some flash applications)

but i played gears 2 the other day at my mates place and it was awesome

Doom 4 will only be any good on PC. It's just how these things work.

well i love the blue-ray player, iron man looked so much better on it than on regular dvd, plus sounded better on the surroundsound. the ps3 has updates for games that seem to come out faster than xbox for some strange reason. we dont have xbox live by a long shot but we dont have to pay for it and we can go through a web browser. the games when you compare them are really hard to tell because the companies dont add extra details to one disc then the other, but if you compare the updated bioshock to xbox's bioshock, their is a little bit of a difference. yeah and for the better games gow2 is better than resistance 2 but who cares we both got fallout and thats all im playing right now.

Hey click on my Daemon to help level it up plz!! wahoo Khorne

I personally prefer the xbox 360 because the xbox has a wide range of good games while the PS3 has decent games, but costs a lot more. And if i really want a blu-ray player and awesome graphics I will just get a blu-ray drive for my computer.

Old aunts used to come up to me at weddings, poke me in the ribs and cackle, telling me, "You're next." They stopped after I started to do the same thing to them at funerals.
