Aye to be fair thats WoW's main advantage atm, my five year old PC ran WoW like a dream once I upped it to 2gigs of RAM, when It died and I got a new one, my last few months in WoW where stunning tbh.

I run WaR smooth as well, but LVix's PC which ran WoW really well struggles with WaR, I can see why Mythic has made it their top priority to get the game running well on min specs asap, to be frank they need to if they want a growing subscription base.

I'd just like to add that WoW is not expensive.

In the UK, if you subscribe for 6 months, it's 2 pounds a week.

Smoking, alcohol, drugs, fine food, and prostitutes are expensive. WoW isn't.

Aye, I did City of Heroes/Villians for a month while waiting for WaR, thats a good game, think to be fair you need to be into Super heroes, but if you are, you'll probably like it, plus the character Generation is awesome.

I managed to knock up the following in my short time there

Heroes
Dragongirl

Krakatau

Villians
Brokenback

Tempestra (Dragon fella is Sihr, LVix's char)

I had others, but I forgot to take pics before my sub ran out.

well:
  • my mate plays he is becoming very anti-social
  • cost $$$ each month
  • warhammer online is better
  • addiction near exam time is bad
  • addiction in general is bad
  • you get branded a 30 year old virgin who lives in his mothers basement which you insist on being refered to as your "command centre"
  • and there are better games around like hello kitty goes to the library

Violence is never the answer, it is the question, to which the answer is, yes

I'm back in WoW as of Friday, partially because of the probs LVix was having with her PC, partially because WaR was still too PvP heavy for our liking. Don't get me wrong I like PvP, but I tend to chill in PvE, and the further I got up in WaR I started to notice a sad trend that most of the PvE was in fact the Public Quests. Which are awesome, lots of fun unless you are alone, once the 'pack' has moved on from the area they pretty much become impossible to do.

So shockingly I am giving up the Warhammer themed MMO to return to the evils of WoW.

To be fair I have always liked WoW and there was no malice when I left, even said so on my 'why are you quitting form' and since my arrival on Friday. I'm back in my old WoW guild, about to be involved in a big world event regarding the Necroplis' that are over each of the faction cities and fending off a Zombie invasion. Fun times.

Well I play WoW because I have a Mac and WaR doesn't run on mac. Honestly from what I have seen WaR looks like WoW with more fluff and a RvR pvp system. But it looks the same combat wise, walk up start auto attacking spam some abilities dead. I also see a lot of WaR players dissing on WoW players when they do the same stuff. Here's and example, my friend (who i no longer hang out with cause he took the game too far) and his brother. One day I walk into their basement and there is Allen, the brother, sitting on the couch in his pajamas at 6pm. "Hey Allen, where is Eric?" "In his room playing warcrack." "thanks." So i go talk to Eric for a couple minutes and as we are leaving we walk by Allen's room and there he is at his computer playing WaR, a bunch of fast food rappers and dirty plates surrounding the computer. I don't know they have the same problems, addiction, cost, etc. Honestly most MMORPGS have players who fall into addiction. WoW takes the brunt of the attacks because its the biggest.

Hello fellow bees, hows the abdomen? Swollen with honey I trust.
