meh, started playing WoW today, (fing patches took forever to get) its actually pretty good fun, just gotta love hurling knives at rabbits, deers and other peaceful critters then LMAO at them.
im sorry my friend, but you just made a big mistake, like taking up smoking. At first you do it because others pressure you into it, and you dont mind it abit since people say is all good and theres nothing wrong with it, then the grinding comes, and you start to hate yourself for getting addicted to this peice of casual money whoreing peice of cow dung, but since its so addicting you just cant seem to let go of it.
I speak from experience of 4 years almost of this addiction. WAR is a much better game, even if it needs refinement still.
Now, you might say its fun now, but think of how WoW is designed, the lands dont seem repetitive, but everything is done in the traditional kill this, talk to this person, gather this. quests, and once in a blue moon the escort this person. quest. you need to gather 5 people together yourself to enjoy the pve side of the game atall. and pvp is all about whos got the best gear and isnt a total idiot. so you will be schooled in battlegrounds by twinks, if your on a pvp server you will be camped by level 70 rogues who cant take on level 60s while your in your 20's you will have one hell of a time gathering a group for anything, since everyones too busy speed grinding their way up to 70 for the end game, which isnt even that great anymore, it doesnt give any kind of epic feel an mmo should, anything and everything in the game you either repetitively grind for, or you are given to on a golden platter rather then having to work for it.
if you enjoy this game after you experience this stuff i have mentioned, then kudo's to you. i stoped really enjoying wow about 3 years ago, but stuck around somewhat for my friends who played, they went to war. I have too.
