Default Call of duty 5

im interested in what other people have to say about call of duty 5 as its being made by a different company then cod4.

the team that made cod3 is making cod5 which has been meeted with mixed reactions, many people believed that cod3 was the worst of the series, also going back to WWII has a lot of people going why?

So what do you guys think and are any of you going to buy it?

For me i was addicted to cod4, hearing all the info i didnt like it but i figured if its still good i might as well play it, luckily for me my girlfriend decided shes going to buy it for me as an early Christmas present.

You get Flamethrowers. I'm getting this game.

I've read that CoD5 is based on the same engine as CoD4...which is an infinitely good thing. CoD3, a terrible game, used a very Battlefield-ish engine and totally sucked ass. I personally don't like any Battlefield game, so this post is likely biased, but seriously if 5 is like 3 then I'm not even renting it.

Not only flamethowers, but Bouncing Betties make it worthwhile to me to purchase this game.

All is dust...

yes, i forgot to mention the flamethrowers where fire jumps from object to object, that is pimping . i dont know if this is true or not but a friend claims that there are mortars (if thats what a Bouncing Betties is then my bad, im not very weapon knowledgeable) he is a trusted source.

I'm not sure about cod5. I really like cod4 and I like the modern warfare part the most. I think I'll just stick to cod4.

I hope its in the pacific. The pacific theater is a very forgotten front IMO, along with the Eastern Front as well. There about 16 billion games that detail the war in western Europe during and following D-Day, so it would be good to have a pacific game.

Still, my opinion doesn't matter, as I can't get it damn microsoft for stopping support to the Xbox 1.

It's going to change stories from russian soldiers invading berlin to the fight between the americans and the japanese in the pacific, you'll play as russians and americans respectively, hope it helps!
