Windows photo

First time I've ever posted this on heresy, but 2 weeks of asking on tech support threads with squat makes a man despret.

So 2 weeks ago windows photo viewer just stopped opening it will show the hour glass for a second then go away, the photos work on my laptop with no problem. So far I've reinstalled windows live essential,I've run command prompt error check, done a virus check, used every option in right click menu.

What is your system spec?

Have you tried updating gfx drivers or bios? You can also try disabling any background software (anti-virus, network controller, gfx accelerator) and see if that makes a difference.

Unfortunately with shit like this it could be any number of things.

Ok....now windows explorer crashes when I open system prop.

My drivers are up to date. Disabling protection programs didn't help.

Fixed reinstalled my driver and disabled, instead of uninstall, an old driver which windows seems to think I still have.
