Default Should I get the 1st 3 Thief games?

with the new Thief coming out soon, would it be worth the investment getting the 1st 3 on steam?

Personally I'm a huge fan of all of them so my answer is definetly yes! (They should revamp 1 and 2 to more modern graphics but its definetly something that should be done) the storyline in 2 was the best put of all three as far as I'm concerned and it had enough freedom to make you really feel involved in the story.

Just be sure you're ready for some pretty fucked up encounters though first.

The first two Thief games reputedly do not run on modern systems very well; whether that applies to the Steam release I do not know, but browsing for possible issues with your build might be worthwhile.

If they will run on your system I recommend them.

TBH I only ever played the 3rd installment of the series, but it was pretty good. I heard the first game was bad, and the second one had a few bugs that ruined game play experience. Honestly idk if they will follow the same linear story line so it's up to you Shas'Ui
